Religion As A Weapon

It is with nodding regret that we witness the repeat violence in Egypt and count the 200+ dead last night in Syria.

Those who lauded the freedom after Mubarak was deposed in Egypt had very short-sighted views of the real world. Whoever was most organised and best financed would always win the power vacuum - the extremists !!

Those who use the muslim faith as a weapon seem to hate fellow muslims just as much as they denouce us as Western infidels. There is no excuse for their behavour and callous killing, they are simply brainwashed bullies.

We read about all these peaceful religions, faiths, beliefs, sects and its "love your brother" rhetoric goes out of the window the very second someone disagrees with you and sides with your so-called enemy.

In the 21st century, people are still behaving like they live in caves and communicate in "ughs."

Whether its the middle East muslims and Christians, Northern Ireland, Croats and Serbs, or whatever, it has nothing to do with their peaceful scriptures.

We now see a bunch of hot heads getting their knickers in a twist in Argentina over Prince William being posted to the Falkland Islands. For crying out loud, he's a rescue co-pilot. If an Argentinian trawler gets into trouble in the southern Atlantic, he'll be the first one there, trying to help saves lives. Can't these idiots get one mature thought into their brains ?

Popular Alliance is all for Great Britain going forward with our historic and traditional Christian belief as a guide for the population's outlook, but beyond that, we really do not want religion to get anywhere near politics. It will be used as a tool for separation and brainwashed bullying at every opportunity.
